Complaints are a formal notice to a regulatory agency about an unwanted call from a telemarketer or debt collector. In the United States, they are sent to the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) DO NOT CALL registry.
To create a complaint, press and hold the number you would like to file a complaint against.
From there, select the thumbs down button that appears on the top of the screen.
Next, specify the type of complaint and any additional notes about the complaint, then select Next to file the complaint.
