In order to move the Call Center window on your smart phone screen, hold your finger down on the Call Center window until you feel your device vibrate. After you feel the device vibrate, you may move the Call Center window up or down on the smart phone's screen. When you release your finger, the Call Center window will be locked in the new location. The Call Center window will now appear in this location for all future calls, but can be moved again if necessary.
**Real time Caller ID requires a network connection. Also, pre-call center is only available to users who are subscribed.
